We are closed everyday between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. for lunch.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

We also participate with many insurances’ plans. Medicare is accepted, Medicaid is not. If you are within an HMO your primary care physician has to be selected and you will need to talk to your insurance company to do this. If you are looking to change within insurances, you need to call the insurance company you’re looking into to confirm your doctor is in network.
